Our story
Built from the ground up
BUILT Domestic and Commercial Ltd is run by Lee Miles, who comes from three generations of builders. He grew up on building sites and was building extensions on his own at 18.
Over 25 years, that one-man operation has grown into a team of 25 tradespeople on the tools, supported by 4 office staff. We own our own units and offices at Linton Barns, Ross-on-Wye, which gives us the capacity to resource large-scale projects without stalling.
Lee enjoys the difficult, one-off projects other builders turn down. Awkward sites, old buildings and unusual specifications are where experience makes the biggest difference to the result.

Our approach is simple: give you a clear price from the start, keep the trades in-house so the job keeps moving, and only invoice for work that's been done. Design and build packages include an honest assessment of how likely planning approval is before you spend heavily.
